Mike, originally from Nice on the French Riviera, began his music journey in 2010 as a completely self-taught artist. After honing his skills and performing at various venues across the French Riviera, he decided to venture abroad, first settling in South America and later in Costa Rica. Upon returning to France, he continued to perform in clubs along the coast and in Alpe d'Huez, where his passion and inspiration for electronic music grew even stronger.

Inspired by renowned artists like Luciano, Jamie Jones, and Bedouin, and driven by a desire to enter the world of production, Mike’s artistic project YUMAAN was born. While his sound primarily focuses on Tech House, it also draws on a range of musical influences that have shaped his journey, including Funk, Latin, Oriental, and Afro styles. The core mission of YUMAAN is simple: Groove. Every track is designed with the dancefloor in mind, aiming to ignite movement and energy.

 

For Mike, the ultimate reward after hours spent in the studio is watching a crowd groove to his music. YUMAAN is all about creating those unforgettable moments of connection and celebration through rhythm.
